Nope. The Radiant approach is built around education and habit change, not obsessive tracking. You'll learn how to make better decisions naturally, so you're not relying on an app to tell you whether you've eaten too much.
You'll complete a short check-in form via your coaching app on a weekly or fortnightly basis depending on your plan. Maddi reviews your responses and sends back personalised voice note feedback. No long calls required unless that's part of your plan.
All plans include direct messaging access. You can reach out via the coaching app when you need support between check-ins. Maddi is responsive and actively involved. You're not getting handed off to an automated system.
That's exactly who this is designed for. The whole premise of The Radiant is building a plan around your real life, not asking you to overhaul everything at once. The Quickstarter Plan is a great starting point if you're not ready for a longer commitment yet.
The Membership is an affordable option for those who want a blend of personalised and group coaching. The private coaching is more personalised to your specific lifestyle and goals, with more frequent check ins and the same access to resources as those in the membership.
After your minimum commitment (6 weeks for 1:1, 8 weeks for the Membership), your plan rolls over on the same fortnightly billing cycle. You can pause or cancel at any time with notice. Most clients stay because the habits are working and having accountability makes a real difference. Direct 1:1 coaching clients have the option to move down to the membership option once they're feeling more confident in their daily nutrition choices, enabling them to retain access to the resources and community,
